Adapt Your Mornings with Golden Shrooms (Two Ways)

Golden Shrooms Matcha, a recipe by Allie Hemmings
1 tsp Boketto Matcha
1/2 tsp Wunder Workshop Golden Shrooms
1 tsp ghee or coconut oil
1 tsp raw honey
A splash of full fat coconut milk (no guar gum!)
12 oz hot water
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into your favorite mug and take delight!
Golden Shrooms Cacao, a recipe by Allie Hemmings
1 tbs raw cacao paste (or powder)
1 tsp Wunder Workshop Golden Shrooms
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp maple syrup
A splash of full fat coconut milk (or raw whole milk is especially good here)
12 oz hot water
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into your favorite mug and sip savoringly!
